Austin Elise Baby is not responsible for incorrect blanket sizes chosen by customers, misspelled names provided by customers, and incorrect addresses given by customers.
Shipping Information
Blankets and large items:
To Canada - will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel and will include a tracking number.
To USA - will be shipped via Canada Post and will include a tracking number.
To International - will be shipped via Canada Post and will not include a tracking number.
Loveys, bibs and other small items:
To Canada and USA - will be shipped via Canada Post lettermail. No tracking is included.
International - will be shipped via Canada Post lettermail. No tracking is included.
We are not responsible for packages once they have been shipped. If the package arrives damaged, please let us know. If the buyer causes damage to the package and its content, the buyer is responsible for loss in value.
